Erika’s Chili

1 lb. ground beef

1 c. chopped onion

½ green pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (16 oz) can tomatoes (Add juice)

2 (16 oz) can kidney beans (drained)

1 small can tomato paste

2-3 tomato paste soup cans full of water

2-3 tsp. chili powder

½ tsp basil

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain grease from the hamburger. Add the other ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes.Enjoy!


 

I didn't realize that I haven't made chili since last year. Wow! It was about time! It was delicious.
