Pie Crust #2

Here is another favorite pie crust recipe!

3 flour
1 1/4 c. shortening, margarine or half and half
1 egg
1 T. vinegar
1/2 t. salt
5 T. cold water

Beat together and mix with flour. Chill in refrigerator until cold. Makes 2 large pie shells.

Easy enough right? The hardest part is patiently waiting for the refrigeration time!
