Halibut Artichoke Dip

Recipe From Kelissa

1-2 lbs. cooked halibut, shredded, seasoned to taste
2 c. mayo
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lrg. can artichoke hearts packed in water
1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped

Put all except halibut in saucepan, heat on low until cheeses are melted. Gently stir in Halibut. Serve with whatever!!!
