Manti Turkey*

2 c. sprite or 7-up
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. cooking oil
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. horseradish sauce
Mix together; place in ziploc bags. Marinate turkey (or chicken) pieces 6 -24 hours. Refrigerate. This does get saltier the longer the meat is in the marinade. We usually let it marinate for 6 to 12 hours. Place on BBQ and grill until done.
